Rainy Tuesday

Well, it is raining again...after getting over 5 inches this weekend I guess ol' Mother Nature thinks we need more. So bring it on!
We had a wonderful Sunday at home just me and my guys. Picked Bay up from a friend's sleepover early and spent the rest of the day hibernating away from the rain. It was a day filled with PJs, football on TV, naps, home cooking, and just some quality chill time. It was a perfect day!
This week is busy as always, but football resumes Friday night and then the big guys are participating in the Goat Weed Classic on the weekend. Clay shooting on Saturday and golf on Sunday...who could ask for more - guns & golf! I am hoping that Hubby's playing partner can shine on the gun range and Dan can shine on the golf course. For me it will be a weekend of checking on the grandparents at their respective nursing homes and more of that chillin'.

Here is the recipe I made on Sunday afternoon, courtesy of another blogger.

Dream Spaghetti

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti noodles
4 oz sour cream
8 oz cottage cheese
1 lb hamburger meat (browned & drained)
3-4 cups spaghetti sauce
2 cup bag of shredded mozerella or Italian mix cheese

Boil your spaghetti until done and drain
Mix your sour cream and cottage cheese together in a small bowl
Mix and simmer your meat and sauce until ready to assemble your casserole

In the bottom of a 9 x 13 layer the following:
Noodles
Sour cream & cottage cheese mixture
Meat & sauce mixture
Shredded cheese
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. Freezes great!
